If you indulge in ad hominem attacks (attacking the person rather than the issue), you can expect the same in return. The issues related to the anti-Semitic label are many.

First, the expression anti-Semitic is a misnomer. Its defined as hating Jews or Judeophobia. The label anti-Semitism is wrong because not all Jews are Semites, and many Arabs are.

In 2004, the US Republican held Congress passed the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act. The Act defines a person as being anti-Semitic for holding any of a number of beliefs. My comments follow each of the 14 items supposedly revealing anti-Semitism.

1. Any assertion, that the Jewish community controls government, the media, international business and the financial world.

According to this, it doesnt matter whether the assertion is true or not. Truth is not an issue. Simply making such a statement violates the Act. In itself, that fact provides strong evidence of control of the US government.

2. The expression of Strong anti-Israel sentiment.

Any criticism of Israel can thus be considered anti-Semitic. Israel can mangle Gaza and get away with it.

3. Expressing Virulent criticism of Israels leaders, past or present.

Menachem Begin may have led the Irgun in the slaughter and dispossession of thousands of Palestinians, but its anti-Semitic to say so.

4. Any criticism of the Jewish religion or its religious leaders with its emphasis on the Talmud and Kabbala.

Its perfectly acceptable, as free speech, to vilify Islam, but any criticism of Judaism violates the Act.

5. Any criticism of the United States Government and Congress for being under the undue influence by the Jewish-Zionist community, which would include Jewish organizations such as AIPAC.

Truth matters not to the ridiculous legislators who passed this ludicrous act.

6. Any criticism of the Jewish-Zionist community for promoting globalism or what some call the New World Order.

When you cant criticise a propaganda machine for its promotions, both free speech and democracy are dead.

7. Placing any blame on Jewish leaders and their followers for inciting the Roman crucifixion of Christ.

In order to accommodate the anti-Semitism label, simply rewrite history.

8. Citing any facts that could in any way diminish the six million figure of Jewish holocaust victims.

I violate the act simply by citing the fact that five million non-Jews died at the hands of the Nazis. This goes beyond stifling free speech.

9. Claiming that Israel is a racist state.

Thats not a claim. Its a fact. Israel is full of racist laws. It insists on preserving its racist character and its right to impose apartheid in the West Bank and Gaza.

10. Making any claim that there is a Zionist Conspiracy.

A rational provision for such a claim would insist on evidence as proof of its validity. To disallow making such a claim is existentially (Israelis love that word) dictatorial.

11. Offering proof that Jews and their leaders created Communism and the Bolshevik revolution in Russia.

It just became illegal to offer proof. Minds are made up. Dont confuse them with the facts.

12. Making derogatory statements about Jewish persons.

Why limit it to Jewish persons?

13. Asserting that spiritually disobedient Jews do not have the Biblical right to re-occupy Palestine.

Why limit it to the spiritually disobedient?

14. Making any allegations of Mossad involvement in the 9/11 attack.

I just did in a column published a week ago.

The Act passed by the US GOP held Congress makes me anti-Semitic. Its an unconstitutional violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution. Im a critic of Israel when they commit wrongs and a critic of America when it does wrong. Despite Congress, thats not anti-Semitic.

William Allen Kruse, 55, a charter boat captain recently hired by BP as a vessel of opportunity out of Gulf Shores, Ala., died Wednesday morning before 7:30 a.m. of a gunshot to the head, likely self-inflicted, authorities said.

"He had been quite despondent about the oil crisis," said Stan Vinson, coroner for Baldwin County, which includes Gulf Shores.

Kruse, who lived with his family in nearby Foley, Ala., reported to work Wednesday morning as usual at the Gulf Shores Marina on Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores, Vinson said. He met up with his two deckhands at his boat, The Rookie. One of the deckhands later told Vinson that Kruse seemed his usual self, sending them to fetch ice while he pulled the boat around to the gas pumps.

As the deckhands walked off to get ice, they heard what sounded like a firecracker, Vinson said. They turned around but didn't see anything out of the ordinary. So they proceeded to gather the ice and wait for Kruse at the pumps. "He never showed," Vinson said.

After waiting a while, the deckhands returned to the boat, which was moored where they had left it, Vinson said. They went aboard and found Kruse at the captain's bridge above the wheelhouse, Vinson said. He had been shot in the head. A Glock handgun was later recovered from the scene, and investigators do not suspect foul play, Vinson said.

Vinson said Kruse was in good health, did not suffer from any mental illness and was not taking psychotropic medications.

But he said it's not surprising the oil spill had weighed heavily on his mind, as it has on many local fishermen no longer able to support themselves with deep-sea sport fishing trips for marlin and the like, Vinson said.

"All the waters are closed. There's no charter business anymore. You go out on some of the beaches now, with the oil, you can't even get in the water," Vinson said. "It's really crippled the tourism and fishing industry here."

Vinson's office was to perform an autopsy Wednesday, and the Gulf Shores Police Department is still investigating. Det. Justin Clopton did not return calls.

Kruse's family was notified by Wednesday afternoon, Vinson said, and his deckhands were sent home for the day.

But some of the staff of the

royalty-in-kind division are

alleged to have taken their

division's title much too

literally, with accusations

of sex between staff members

use and abuse.

The allegations come after

a two year, $5.3 million

investigation by the Interior

Department's Inspector

General Earl E. Devaney.

The investigation alleges

that as many as 19 staff

members-a third of the

royalty-in-kind division's

staff-were involved from

2002-2006 in receiving

gifts and gratuities from

oil and gas company reps

(Hebert). In December

2007, as a result of a

long-term investigation

and resignation of former

Deputy Assistant Secretary

Julie MacDonald, Inspector

General Earl Devaney

found "abrupt and abrasive,

if not abusive" management

Kempthorne's supervision.

U.S. Senator Ron Wyden,

chairman of the Senate

Subcommittee on Public

Lands and Forests, attributed

the "untold waste of hundreds

of thousands of taxpayers'

dollars" to MacDonald's actions.

"The results of this investigation

paint a picture of something akin

did not go through the required

public review process. The

regulations, first proposed on

August 11th, were rushed by

impacts were analyzed in a

emergency armed response team" is no

"group of vigilantes or a JDL [Jewish

"The goal of the organization is to

have a competent and professional

group of armed volunteers ready to

respond to a threat at a moment's

notice in any area where Jews

reside," explains the Israeli combat

by any means needed."On Friday, the

third session of the group's training

camp will begin in the Catskills

Participation has doubled since the

Kitat Konenut New York is modeled

on the rapid response teams in the

large number of weapons with

which participants can expect

to train.

"We believe all Jews in the

trained," Stern says, "and

towards this goal we hold

paramilitary training camps

to train and equip Jewish

American youth." The group's

literature notes emphatically

that all firearms used in

training"are 100% legal and

in compliance with all federal,

state and local laws."

arms and we express this

right to its fullest," it adds.

The group claims to be

"well-connected with the

New York police and fire

departments" and it invites

"all members of the law

enforcement community to

join in our life-saving activities."

Stern says, "We are all

legally armed and carry

radios and cellphones"

during all hours of the day,

and even on Shabbat, "as

we need to be constantly

ready to respond to any

incident." The camp

literature also promises

discussions on Torah and

Halacha, understanding

and confronting terrorism,

fighting anti-Semitism,

the history of the Zionist

movement in the Land of

Israel, and encouraging

participants to "know

your rights and learn how

every American can and

must be legally armed

and how to express the

Second Amendment" -

the right to bear arms.

Funded by tuition money

and a handful of private

donors, the group does not

Stern says, but asks that

nature of the camp by

observing Shabbat in public

and refraining from bringing

Like so much else lately, Israel does not

seem to know when to stop. In the latest

example, it was not a tank or artillery

piece in the Gaza Strip. It was the mouth

of its prime minister, Ehud Olmert.

Speaking in the southern Israeli city

Ashkelon on Monday, Mr Olmert boasted

that he had persuaded the US president

last week that the United States should

not vote for a pending UN Security Council

resolution urging a ceasefire in Gaza. To

the gathering of local officials, the Israeli

leader crowed that his going over the

head of Condoleezza Rice and straight to

George W Bush had “embarrassed” the

US secretary of state because the ceasefire

resolution was one that she had “cooked up,

she organised, she formulated, she maneuvered”.

The White House strongly denied Mr Olmert’s

claim. The ceasefire resolution was still

approved by 14 of the Security Council’s

15 members. Yet Ms Rice was forced

unexpectedly to abstain from voting on a

measure that for three days in New York she

had promoted and helped draft.

Furthermore, within days of ending her tenure

as secretary of state, Ms Rice was publicly

humiliated by an erstwhile ally, a man with

whom she has met at least 19 times since

taking office.

Whether Mr Olmert thought that Ms Rice

and other US officials would learn of his

comments is unclear. He may have assumed

that by speaking in Hebrew in Ashkelon, a

hardscrabble working-class city hard by the

Mediterranean and just up the road from

Gaza, his English-speaking audience in the

United States would not hear him. He was

wrong. A transcript of his comments in

Ashkelon issued by his office omitted his

remarks about Mr Bush and Ms Rice, but

Israel Radio and the Associated Press

picked them up.

Mr Olmert is not the first Israeli prime

minister to diss the state department and

trample on a secretary of state. Past Israeli

leaders have routinely sidestepped Foggy

Bottom and the legions of Arabists,

anti-Semites and softies that are alleged

to lurk there. Through friendly intermediaries

they set up back channels into the Oval

Office or rang up the president directly.

To this day, the mere mention of James

Baker spurs venom and foaming mouths

among even normally polite reaches of the

Israeli political establishment. In 1990, Mr

Baker, secretary of state under George H

W Bush, had the temerity, in Israel’s view,

to declare publicly to the right-wing

government of Yitzhak Shamir: “When

you’re serious about peace, give us a call.”

For good measure, Mr Baker offered the

White House phone number: (202) 456-1414.

Needless to say, Israel studiously avoided

dealing with him thereafter. From its point

of view, Israel had good reason for

displeasure with Mr Baker. He and his boss

were pressing for an Israeli-Palestinian

peace deal and, citing the hectic pace of

settlement building in the West Bank,

had denied loan guarantees to the

Shamir government.

In contrast, throughout her eight years in

the Bush administration, first as national

security adviser and then as secretary of

state, Ms Rice has toed Israel’s line and

given it pretty much everything it has wanted.

With brisk efficiency, she has kept the UN

hordes at bay, indulged Israel’s settlement

enterprise in the West Bank and kept the

diplomatic ball dribbling while Israel tried

to achieve its military and territorial objectives.

She not only helped keep the “process” in

“peace process”; she also held off the UN

peaceniks and bought Israel time to complete

its objectives in 2006 when it invaded

Lebanon. Israeli forces did not succeed in

destroying Hezbollah, but not for lack of

trying by Ms Rice. She memorably stalled

diplomatic attempts to forge a ceasefire

with the description of the violence

racking Lebanon as the “birth pangs of

a new Middle East”.

This loyal bidding on behalf of Israel

makes all the more telling Mr Olmert’s

comments on Monday.

“I said, ‘Get me President Bush on the

phone,’” Mr Olmert told his audience.

“They said he was in the middle of

giving a speech in Philadelphia. I said I

didn’t care: ‘I need to talk to him now.’

He got off the podium and spoke to me.”

Mr Olmert said Mr Bush told him he

was not familiar with the text. But he

told the president: “ ‘I’m familiar. You

can’t vote for it.’ [Bush] gave an order

to the secretary of state, and she

didn’t vote for it.”

Ms Rice has issued no official

reaction to Mr Olmert’s remarks. But

if they are true, it is clear not only that

the Israeli prime minister insulted her;

Mr Bush sold her out, too. As is the case

with so much of the current war, electoral

politics apparently was behind the public

affront. Critics in Israel had complained

that the Security Council resolution,

while non-binding, reflected a failure of

Israeli diplomacy. With elections scheduled

for Feb 10, Mr Olmert needed to strike back.

The prime minister may have thought that

it did not matter. After all, he is a lame-duck

prime minister and she, a lame-duck secretary

of state. With the Likud Party candidate,

Benjamin Netanyahu, standing in the wings

breathing fire, what harm can come from

giving his foreign minister, Tzipi Livni, a

little boost at the polls by showing this

government can stand up to America?

But it does matter. Israel is still likely to

need the help of the United States and

United Nations to get out of Gaza and to

declare “victory”. More importantly,

Mr Olmert’s shortsighted comments

give credence to what most people in the

world – in particular, in the Arab world –

believe about the US-Israeli relationship.

To wit, Israel is the tail that wags the

American dog.

Jerusalem expected and assumed that

it should get everything it wants. And

when Ms Rice abstained rather than

vetoed the UN resolution, Mr Olmert

apparently was willing to tar the

reputation of the soon-departing US

diplomat to score cheap political points

and appease his government’s critics.

Despite the imminent arrival of a new

administration, the incident is likely to

be cited in this region for years to come.

For Ms Rice, it remains to be seen how

instructive this coda to her diplomatic

career will be.

Next week, she returns to the verdant

hills of Palo Alto, California, and

Stanford University, where she formerly

served as academic dean. As the tranquil

breezes waft off San Francisco Bay,

redolent with the peppery scent of the

eucalyptus trees that dot the campus,

will she wonder: “Did I give in too much?”

US super-rich get five times

more income than in 1995

The incomes of the very rich in the US grew phenomenally

between 1992 and 2007, while their tax rates plummeted,

according to recently uncovered IRS statistics. The figures

were published on the IRS web site in December of 2009,

but received little notice because they were not

announced. The report only became widely known when

Tax Analysts, a news outlet for tax information, discovered

the document and wrote about it on its web site, www.tax.com,

on Thursday.

The report shows that the average income for the top-earning

400 families, denominated in 1990 dollars, grew from $17

million to $87 million, representing a five-fold increase in real

terms. During this time, the percentage of the total national

income that went to the top 400 families tripled, from .52

percent in 1992 to 1.59 in 2007.

The data shows that these families saw their incomes

increase by 31 percent between 2006 and 2007 alone,

while the average income of each family reached $345

million.

The amount of money earned by the group more than

doubled from 2001, when its members earned on

average $131.1 million. In 1993, the top 400 tax return

filings amounted on average to $46 million. This means

that there was an eight-fold nominal increase in the

average earnings for this group between 1993 and 2007.

Meanwhile, the effective tax rate on this group the

amount actually paid in taxesfell to 16.6 percent, the

lowest figure on IRS records dating to 1992.

Congressional Democrats have sought to place blame

for falling taxes on the wealthy solely on the Bush

administrations tax cuts. But the IRS figures show that

the effective tax rate on the top 400 income earners

actually fell faster under the last part of the Clinton

administration than at any later time.

The effective tax rate hit a high point of nearly 29

percent in 1995. By the end of the Clinton administration,

the rate had fallen to 22 percent. The trend continued

under Bush, with the effective tax rate falling another

6 percentage points between 2001 and 2007.

The Bush administration lowered the capital gains tax

by 5 percentage points, to 15 percent, in 2003. But

Bushs policies were only a continuation of laws passed

under the Clinton administration, when the capital gains

tax was lowered from 28 percent to 20 percent for the

top income brackets.

The top income earners received a total income of

$138 billion in 2007. This figure is larger than the yearly

output of most of the worlds countries, and is nearly as

large as the GDP of Chile. Out of this amount, the group

paid only $23 billion in taxes.

If the top 400 earners had been taxed in 2007 at the

1995 rate, they would have paid an additional $18.4

billion in taxes, enough to cover the entire 2010

budget shortfall of the state of California.

About three quarters of income for earners in this

tax bracket came from capital gains, which were

taxed at 15 percent, as opposed to income, which

is taxed at a rate of 35 percent for the top bracket.

The top 400 families actually paid lower taxes

compared to other high-income earners. In 2005,

the Congressional Budget Office found that the

top 1 percent as a whole paid a tax rate of 19.7

percent.

The median 20 percent of income earners paid a

tax rate of 12.5 percent, including Social Security

payments, which are negligible for the very rich.

The IRS report on the top 400 families was first

regularly published by the Clinton administration,

but the Bush administration shut down its release,

according to the www.tax.com article by Cay

Johnston, a tax law professor at Syracuse University.

The Obama administration resumed publication of

the figures, with the 2006 figures published about a

year ago.

Johnston also noted, At least three hedge fund

managers made $3 billion in 2007. He added, only

33 of the top 400 paid an effective tax rate of 30

percent to 35 percent, which is the maximum

federal tax rate.

The data further substantiates the highly

publicized conclusions of economists Thomas

Piketty and Emmanuel Saez, who found that two

thirds ( 66%) of income increases between 2002

and 2007 went to the wealthiest 1 percent of

society and that income for the top 1 percent

grew 10 times faster than that of the bottom 90

percent. Piketty and Saez found that the top 1

percent of earners got a higher share of income

in 2007 than at any time since 1928.

The latest figures come amid constant calls by

the White House and Congress to cut social

programs in order to balance the budget. The

federal government, we are told, has been

bankrupted by the profligacy of social programs

and the proportion of social resources allocated

to the general population.

But the latest figures show that the opposite

is true. It is the rich who have

bankrupted the state, with the full

assistance of the two big-business

parties.

TEL AVIV Thousands of women are being smuggled

into Israel, creating a booming sex trade industry that

rakes more than USD one billion a year, a parliamentary

committee said on Wednesday.

The Parliamentary Inquiry Committee, headed by

Knesset member Zehava Galon of the left-wing Yahad

party, commissioned the report in an effort to combat

the sex trade in Israel. Findings showed that some 3,000

and 5,000 women are smuggled to Israel annually and

sold into the prostitution industry, where they are

constantly subjected to violence and abuse.

The report, issued annually, said some 10,000 such

women currently reside in about 300 to 400 brothels

throughout the country. They are traded for about

USD 8,000 USD 10,000, the committee said.

The U.S. State Department ranks Israel in the second

tier of human trafficking around the world, saying

the Jewish State does not maintain minimal conditions

regarding the issue but is working to improve them.

Israel passed a law in 2003 that would allow the state

to confiscate the profits of traffickers, but watchdog

groups say it is rarely enforced.

Most foreign prostitutes in Israel come from Ukraine,

Moldova, Uzbekistan and Russia and many are smuggled

in across the Egyptian border.

The committee found that the women work seven days

a week for up to 18 hours every day and that out of the

NIS 120 paid by customers, they are left with just NIS

20, while the rest of the money is passed on to their

traders.

The prostitutes face constant threats of abuse and

murder, the report said, and Israeli law does little to

help them. Delays in trial dates and prolonged hearings

force the women to remain exposed to violence for

more than a year until they are called in to provide

testimony, and courts rarely collect early testimonies,

as permitted by law.

To help combat the problem, the committee

recommended that the state prosecutors office refrain

from making plea bargains with sex traders. It also

advised to raise the threshold of punitive measures

and pushed for financial compensation for sex trade

victims.

(JTA) -- Jewish groups praised Rush Limbaugh for his "outspoken support for Israel" after his controversial remarks on Jews and the banking industry.

"There has been controversy recently over statements made by radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh about Jewish voting patterns, political ties and the recent Massachusetts election. We are deeply dismayed by the unfounded criticism of the talk show commentator's observations," read a statement issued Wednesday by several Jewish organizations, including American Friends of Likud, the news monitoring group CAMERA, Emunah of America, the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs, National Council of Young Israel, Religious Zionists of America and Z-Street.

"While one may agree or disagree with Mr. Limbaugh's views on many subjects, his outspoken support for Israel has been eloquent, informed and undeniable. Moreover, in commentary on the Jewish people, he has been nothing short of a philo-Semite. We are grateful for his strong and singular voice on these issues," concluded the statement.

During a Jan. 20 broadcast following Republican Scott Brown's upset victory in the U.S. Senate race in Massachusetts, Limbaugh wondered if Jews -- nearly 80 percent of whom backed Barack Obama in 2008 -- were having second thoughts about the president.

"There are a lot of people, when you say banker, people think Jewish. People who have prejudice, people who have, you know -- what's the best way to say -- a little prejudice about them," Limbaugh said, according to the liberal media watchdog group Media Matters. "To some people, 'banker' is code word for Jewish; and guess who Obama is assaulting? He's assaulting bankers. He's assaulting money people. And a lot of those people on Wall Street are Jewish. So I wonder if there's -- if there's starting to be some buyer's remorse there."

Limbaugh's remarks were criticized by the Anti-Defamation League last week, which called them "offensive and inappropriate."

The Zionist Organization of America issued a statement directly slamming the ADL's Abraham Foxman for his criticisms of Limbaugh.

The ZOA is also surprised by Foxmans attack because not only were Rush Limbaughs comments not anti-Semitic, but Rush Limbaugh is in fact one of Israels strongest supporters," the ZOA said in a statement.

ZOA accused Foxman of holding Limbaugh to a tougher standard than several virulent critics of Israel, and it called on the ADL leader to retract his comments and apologize to Limbaugh.

JEW think tank seeks to connect Iran, Yemen, Qaeda

A report says a high-profile neoconservative think tank in the United States is reportedly working to establish a link between Iran, the Yemeni opposition groups and al-Qaeda militants.

The alleged connection between Iran, the Shia Houthi fighters in northern Yemen, the Yemeni separatists in the south and the militants has been the subject of discussions between Chris Harnisch and Frederick Kagan, two scholars at the American Enterprise Institutefor Public Policy Research (AEI).
Harnisch and Kagan have been at work for the past six months to make the connection, the report said.

Kagan, who directs a project on expansive contingency plans at the institute, is to submit the institute's examination of Yemen's domestic affairs and the consequences of a possible US intervention in the country and the rest of the Persian Gulf, the report said. The AEI is alleged to have played a key role in the propaganda campaigns that preceded the 2003 US invasion of Iraq.
Referring to the recent Yemeni and US airstrikes on southern Yemen, Harnisch argued in a December 29 piece that an "al-Qaeda franchise" in Yemen "has taken note of the increased cooperation between American and Yemeni security forces and appears to have identified the United States and its interests as its primary target, replacing Saudi Arabia and Yemen."

Yemen and the presence of militant groups that pledge allegiance to al-Qaeda have become a hot topic since the attempted bomb attack on a US airliner on Christmas Day by a young Nigerian who allegedly received training in the oil-rich country.

Proof: At the very beginning of this video clip, you see a rifle with a video camera attached to it. This weapon is made by the Rafael company, an Israeli arms manufacturer, that also makes IEDs. If you watch the video all the way through, it explains how this rifle works. CNN stated that the camera used to film these shootings was not a mounted rifle camera. But as you watch the video, you see that with each shot fired, the camera recoils. That would only happen if it were mounted on the rifle. Why is this significant? Because this kind of rifle-camera is extremely sophisticated and not available to your average Iraqi insurgent. I mean, its not exactly an easily obtainable Saturday night special! Something this sophisticated points to Mossad.

Mossad is a master at false flag operations, e.g., Oklahoma City, the attack on the USS Cole in Yemen, the bombing of the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, the July 7, 2005 London bombings, the 9-11 attacks in New York, the assassination of the Prime Minister in Beirut, the stoking of Muslim riots in France last year, the bombing of the Hassan al-Askari Mosque in Samarra, Iraq, etc.

Israelis freely move among US and UK troops in Iraq, and have access to top-level US intelligence. Until July 2003, the head of all US forces in Iraq and Afghanistan was General Tommy Franks, a Zionist Jew. (He is now on the board of directors for Bank of America.) On November 7, 2006 another Zionist Jew became a principle liaison between Mossad and US forces in Iraq: Major General Richard F. Natonski of the Marine Corps. His title is Deputy Commandant for Plans, Policies and Operations.

Because of this access, the insurgents (i.e., Mossad agents) know exactly where US vehicles will be and who will be inside them. This allows them to target for maximum false flag effect.

For example, on July 23, 2005, a detachment of 19 female US Marines was sent to Fallujah to check Iraqi women for bombs. An IED blew up their truck. Two of the young American women were killed, five were critically wounded, and four were captured. The bodies of the four captured women turned up later in a garbage dump with their throats cut. Americans were outraged. Islamic clerics insisted that only Israelis could be so cold-blooded. And who was in charge of US forces in Fallujah at the time? None other than Major General Natonski, the Mossad liaison.

Americans are supposed to believe that rag-tag insurgents use IEDs powerful enough to kill three US troops per day, on average. An American soldier even set up a blog on how Intel is betraying and targeting US troops. But sometimes Mossad bomb-makers accidentally blow themselves up in Iraq.

According to Richard Wilson, Israeli sniping and IEDs are false flag operations. He says that on March 28, 2005, Americans arrested 19 Mossad agents who fired twice on a US Marine checkpoint. The Marines beat up the Mossad agents and tore off their Star-of-David necklaces. (The US media incorrectly said the agents were Americans.) The Mossad agents said they were employees of Zapata Engineering, which helps the CIA conduct interrogations, and also manages US ammo dumps and US motor pools in Iraq.

IEDs in Iraq are powerful enough to flip over a 70-ton tank. Some of the models shoot depleted-uranium projectiles, and are triggered by electronic devices surreptitiously planted on US armored vehicles. Zapata Engineering (which employs Mossad agents) makes this exact kind of trigger, and oversees some of the US motor pools.

Rumsfeld says the IEDs come from Iran, but Richard says they come from Mossad, and are not improvised at all. The Israeli company, Rafael (see above), makes IEDS, which are buried in the middle of a road. Beside the road is a device which emits a laser or radio signal. This device is manufactured by firms like Zapata Engineering, which is controlled by Zionist Jews. The IED mine, manufactured by Israel, is inert until a US vehicle (secretly planted with a triggering device) rolls over it.

Whenever Mossad carries out these false-flag operations they produce a videotape or a recording from an unnamed source that is close to al-Qaeda. Sometimes they say the claim was posted on an Internet website, but its authenticity could not be verified.

London Times' John Arlidge interviewed Goldman CEO Blankfein: "He paid himself $68 million in 2007, now worth more than $500 million, yet insists he's a blue-collar guy. He says banking has a 'social purpose,' just a banker 'doing God's work.'" When I was at Morgan Stanley in the 1970s the firm ran an ad: "If God Wanted To Do a Financing, He Would Call Morgan Stanley."

Today, all of Wall Street is dual diagnosed: They're morally blind money addicts who believe they're "God's chosen." AA would say: They haven't "bottomed," won't recover from their disease till a disaster hits, with another market meltdown and the "Great Depression 2." Then maybe they'll "quit playing God."

3. Paranoid obsessives about secrecy, guilt and non-disclosure

Bloomberg: "New York Fed's Secret Deal: Taxpayers paid $13 billion more than necessary when government officials, acting in secret, made deals with banks on AIG, buying $62 billion of credit-default swaps from AIG." The government would eventually cover about $180 billion in AIG swaps backing toxic CDOs when Paulson and Ben Bernanke double-teamed to bailout Goldman, saving them from bankruptcy.

4. Power-hungry need to control government using Trojan Horses

Wall Street Journal: "For a year Goldman said it wouldn't have suffered damage if AIG collapsed. But a new report kills that claim. TARP inspector general found that then New York Fed Chair Tim Geithner gave away the farm. If AIG had collapsed, Goldman would have had to cover the losses itself. They couldn't collect on the protection of AIG swaps." Yes, Goldman was bankrupt. But friends in high places always save them.

5. Borderline personalities who regularly ignore conflicts of interest

New York Times: "Before becoming Treasury secretary in 2006, Hank Paulson agreed to hold himself to a higher ethical standard than his predecessors. He specifically said he'd avoid his old buddies at Goldman where he was CEO. Later Congress saw many conflicts of interest, not just meetings but favorable treatment for his buddies at Goldman."

6. Pathological liars incapable of honesty even with own investors

McClatchy News: "Goldman secretly bet on the U.S. housing crash after peddling more than $40 billion of securities backed by 200,000 risky home mortgages. But they never told their investors they were also secretly betting that a drop in housing prices could wipe out the value of those securities." Paulson knew, stayed silent. "Only later did their investors discover Goldman's triple-A investments were junk. Did Goldman's failure to disclose its bets on an imminent housing crash violate securities laws?" Boston University Prof. Laurence Kotlikoff says: "This is fraud, should be prosecuted." But it won't be in the new "mutant capitalism."

Members of AA say you know when an alcoholic is lying: Their lips are moving. Same with Wall Street: Think liar's poker. It's in their DNA. They're compulsive liars trapped in a culture of secrecy. They lie, the lies cascade, memory slips, more lies are necessary, they cannot stop lying. Goldman sure can't ... look, their lips are moving again.

7. Sole fiduciary duty to insiders, not investors, never the public

New York Examiner: "Goldman was at the heart of the subprime market, selling subprime junk as no-risk AAA bonds, then gambling, hedging, shorting their investors. Goldman traded like Enron. That set up the meltdown. The Fed and Goldman's ex-CEO at Treasury saved Goldman. Taxpayers got stuck with the bill. Bailout overseer Elizabeth Warren called this reckless gambling. Trend forecaster Gerald Celente calls it mafia-style looting.

8. Moral issues are PR glitches, violations of 'don't get caught' rule

USA Today says "Goldman Sachs should be celebrating. Yet, the mood at the investment bank seems to be one of crisis about the public backlash over employees' bonuses." So Goldman's on a PR blitz in a bid to undo the damage. They canceled their Christmas party. Also launched a $500 million program for small businesses. Get it? They can't see their moral failings, only a PR problem, so they hire PR agents and crisis managers first.

9. Charitable donations are tax and PR opportunities, not moral issues

New York Times: Examined Goldman charitable foundation's tax filing: Thick as a phone book with more than 200 pages of trades. "Never seen anything like it," said Verne Sedlacek, president of Commonfund, a $25 billion fund for universities and nonprofits. The money to Goldman's foundation is dwarfed by insiders' bonuses. The foundation got $400 million, gave away $22 million. Bonuses were 20 times more. Even the New York Post said "Goldman's Born Again Image is Laughable." They're sleaze-ball cheapskates.

10. When exposed in a massive fraud, feign humility, fake an apology

CBS MoneyWatch: "Blankfein now says he's 'sorry for the role Goldman played in the housing crisis: We participated in things that were clearly wrong.'" Wrong? Sounds more like he's admitting to something "clearly criminal." Reread: Isn't he admitting guilt to a fraud; cheating millions of homeowners, shareholders, taxpayers? Then laughs at us with phony "restitution," a fund of $100 million annually for five years to small-business owners. Financial Times says "$100 million is the profits from one good trading day. In 3Q '09 they had 36 days better than that." Unfortunately, these crooks will get away with it.

11. When bankruptcy threatens, bribe friends in 'Happy Conspiracy'

Barron's: While Geithner was "showcasing what a great investment Washington made in Goldman, the 23% return on the $5 billion of the taxpayers money, Warren Buffett's deal made him a fabulous 120% return. Goldman's stock ran up to $180 from $115, a gain of $2.8 billion. Add 8% discount on warrants, another $3.2 billion to him."

12. Engage co-conspirators to cover up, distract, do your dirty work

Reuters: "Former Merrill Lynch CEO John Thain was fired after a scandal over the billions in Merrill bonuses. He says big insider bonuses don't cause excessive risk-taking nor the financial crisis." He blames "poor risk management, excessive leverage and too much liquidity for too long. But even if they tie bonuses to long-term performance, that won't prevent the next collapse." Why? They'll find new ways to break the moral code.

13. As money-hungry vultures they will prey on vulnerable Americans

McClatchy News: "An obscure Goldman subsidiary spent years buying hundreds of thousands of subprime mortgages, many from the more unsavory lenders. They repackaged them as high-yield bonds. The bottom fell out. Now, after years of refusing to disclose they owned the mortgages, the secret is out and Goldman has become one of America's biggest, greediest foreclosers." Yes, the vampire squid wants pounds of flesh.

14. Treat everyone not in the 'Happy Conspiracy' with tough love

HuffPost's Leo Leopold warns: "Each day reveals how we've traded away our sense of decency and the common good in exchange for pure greed. Unemployment means hunger. The Agriculture Department reports 49 million Americans don't have enough food, up 13 million over the last year, highest number ever." Wall Street treats anyone not in the "Happy Conspiracy" as morally defective capitalists in need of "tough love."

15. Addicts consumed by money: 'Jesus would throw them out ...'

New York Times' Maureen Dowd: "Goldman's trickle-down catechism isn't working. We have two economies. In the past decade Wall Street's shared little with society. Their culture is totally money-obsessed. There's always room for a bigger house, bigger boat. If not, you're falling behind. It's an addiction. And Washington's done little to quell it. Geithner coddles wanton bankers. Obama's absent. 'Saturday Night Live' was tougher. And as far as doing God's work: The bankers who took taxpayer money, pocketing obscene bonuses: They're the same greedy types Jesus threw out of the temple."

Warning: Washington, Main Street, none of us has "clean hands." We're all in bed with the "Happy Conspiracy," touched by greed, turning a blind eye to Wall Street's rapidly metastasizing moral and spiritual pathology: So ask yourself, do you believe America's widespread "lack of a moral compass" will eventually trigger another, bigger market and economic meltdown, pushing America into the next "Great Depression II?"
